		<description>Well, I don&#039;t have any questions. The issues that I have problems with are listed above. First and foremost are the overdraft fees. I know that it is possible to cap the card, because it will let you overdraft, but not past a certain amount (this may be a constant number, but still). I know the technology is available to not let someone overdraft period - I&#039;ve seen it in action with the old Chase card. I am also unhappy with the 50 cent charge on debit purchases, which historically post to online accounts very quickly (not always, I know). The fact that using the &quot;credit&quot; option is encouraged leaves people with untidy balances online, and makes them susceptible to overdraft. 

For companies that boast convenience and transparency (not to mention handling our nation&#039;s students&#039; bank accounts), is it responsible to lure them into a web of overdraft fees?</description>
